By accessing or using this website (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Aghogho Meyoron, trading as MayR Labs ("I", "me"), Nigeria — contact: youngmayor.dev@gmail.com.

1. The Site

The Site is a personal portfolio presented as an interactive operating-system-style interface. It showcases my work, offers small utilities and games, and lets you contact me, chat with an AI assistant, book a call and make payments. Features may change, pause or be removed at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attack, probe, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure; (b) send spam, malware, unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the contact form or AI assistant; (c) circumvent rate limits, quotas, captchas or other protections; (d) scrape the Site at a rate or in a way that degrades it (the documented /about.md, /profile.json and /llms.txt endpoints are provided for responsible automated access); (e) use the Site in violation of any law. I may block access that breaches these terms.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, text, design and code of the Site are © 2026 Aghogho Meyoron / MayR Labs. Open-source packages I have published are governed by their own licences. Third-party names, logos and trademarks (including technology icons and social networks) belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. The interface is an original work inspired by common operating-system conventions; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., and macOS, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc.

You may link to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other reproduction needs my written permission.

4. AI assistant

The assistant answers questions using information from this Site. Its answers are automated, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not professional, legal or financial advice or a commitment on my behalf. Usage is limited per device. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information. Messages are sent to a third-party AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Contact, bookings and mentorship

Sending a message or booking a call does not create a client relationship, employment, mentorship or any obligation on either side. Engagements start only when we agree scope and terms in writing.

6. Payments

The Pay app lets you settle a payment request I created for you (using a payment code) or make a voluntary payment of an amount you choose.
Payments are processed by Paystack (or another provider I may add). Their terms apply to the transaction. Card and bank details never reach this Site.
You are responsible for entering the correct e-mail address and amount. Amounts for payment codes are set by me and verified on the server.
Voluntary payments are gifts to support my work and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Payments for agreed services follow the terms of that agreement. To request a refund or report a problem, e-mail me with your payment reference.
Taxes, bank charges and currency conversion fees, if any, are your responsibility.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site embeds or links to third-party services (for example Calendly, Paystack, Gravatar, weather providers and social networks). I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Utilities and games

Calculators, converters, generators and games are provided for convenience and entertainment "as is". Verify any result that matters before relying on it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. See also the Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. My total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid me through the Site in the 12 months before the claim (or ₦10,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

12. Changes and termination

I may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new version. I may suspend or end access to the Site at any time.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; failing that, they will be subject to the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
